All worksheets on Jompie are digital products. Once you purchase a worksheet, it becomes available for download immediately. Due to the nature of digital products and instant delivery, we have a strict no-cancellation policy.
As a digital marketplace specializing in educational worksheets, all our products are delivered electronically. Once a purchase is completed, the content becomes instantly available to the buyer, making it impossible to "undo" the transaction in the traditional sense.
24-Hour Download Window
Download Access Period
All purchased worksheets are available for download for 24 hours from the time of purchase.
- You can download your purchased worksheets unlimited times within 24 hours
- The 24-hour countdown starts immediately after successful purchase
- After 24 hours, download access expires and cannot be extended
- Downloads are not available after the 24-hour window expires
This policy ensures fair access to our digital content while protecting intellectual property. We recommend downloading your purchased worksheets immediately after purchase.
Cancellation Policy
No Cancellations
Due to the digital nature of our products, cancellations are not allowed.
Once a purchase is completed, the content becomes immediately available to you. We cannot process cancellations for digital products that have already been delivered.
